Originating Loans for Mortgages and Renovations

When I originate loans, I underwrite the loan as I am putting the file together.  Additionally, I use a checklist which I share with the customer to provide clear communication about what is needed to complete the loan.  This method communicates proper expectations when obtaining any kind of financing.   When Renovation or Construction Financing is requested, I provide a budget for Construction Funds available.  The Checklist provided during loan application will facilitate a successful, quick and painless loan closing.

Proper qualification, execution, communication, and quality control during loan origination,  processing and approval are a great benefit.  You will never be wondering what is going on with your loan at any time.

Continuing Education Training

As an additional service to the Real Estate Community, I also provide Continuing Education Training for CE/PLE Credits which are recognized by the State of Virginia for the FHA 203k program.  I own and run a Real Estate School, named CJBanker Training.  In Maryland and DC, I teach 203k Classes for GCAAR and CE Credits can be obtained through the Training program and classes taught at any of the GCAAR locations (Rockville, MD or Washington, D.C.).
