My Story as a Loan Originator

  I have served the Real Estate community, working as a Loan Officer with Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Builders, Developers, Contractors, Municipalities, and Non-Profit Organizations, since 1986.  

During this time, I have financed homes of all types, and have extensive experience using every mortgage program offered by my industry.  These programs include, Construction to Perm (both single and double close) FHA 203k Renovation, FNMA Homestyle, FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, Commercial, Alt-A and Subprime.  (Currently the Alt-A and Subprime are not available, in the industry).
